MEMBER NUMBER : Your member number with leading 0’s to make a total of 5 digits.

For example, if your member number is 123 type in 00123. If your member number is 1234, type in 01234. If you have a 5 digit member number, no leading 0’s are required.

PASSWORD: Use your 5 digit member number again as the password if this is the FIRST time you are accessing the website. 

Once you are signed in, you will be prompted to change your information.

If you have previously logged in to the site you may have already changed your password. In that case, please use the password that you created.
